How We Keep Your Privacy Intact

Encryption & Storage

All personal data and payment details are encrypted with TLS 1.3 during transmission and AES-256 at rest on secure servers. Access logs track every database read to prevent unauthorised viewing.

Payment Privacy

Deposits and withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS use tokenised payment flows. We never see your full payment credentials; your bank and wallet provider handle the transaction confirmation.

Cookie Control

Yes. Log in, go to Account > Privacy & Data > Download My Data. We compile your profile, payment history, gaming logs and communication records into a portable file. The export is ready within 24 hours and sent to your registered email.

Your gameplay records — bets, outcomes, session times — are stored for the life of your account plus 3 years after closure for legal compliance and dispute resolution. You can request deletion sooner if local law permits, subject to gaming regulations.

Yes. We use tokenised payment processing, so 52 erek never holds your wallet credentials or bank details. Your payment provider handles the security; we only see a transaction confirmation token.

You can close your account and request data anonymisation in Account > Privacy & Data > Close Account. We scrub identifiable fields within 30 days, though transaction records may persist for legal and tax purposes where required.

Your account and data remain stored. We do not automatically delete inactive accounts. If you wish to delete your data, contact [email protected] or use the in-account deletion request tool. Depends on local law.

We share data only where necessary — payment processors to clear DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits; fraud-detection services to prevent abuse; and legal authorities if required by law. We never sell your data for marketing.

Open any marketing email and click Unsubscribe at the bottom, or log in to 52 erek, go to Account > Preferences > Communication and turn off promotional emails. You'll still receive transactional messages about your account and withdrawals.
