Data, security and your account rights

Data Encryption

All account information, deposit records and withdrawal history are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We do not store payment card details; DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS handle tokenisation directly.

Account Verification

Your identity is confirmed at signup using your phone number and email. Withdrawals over 5 million Rupiah require a second verification step to prevent unauthorised transfers.

Session Cookies

We use session-only cookies to keep you logged in and remember your game preferences. These expire when you close your browser and do not track activity across third-party sites.

Data Retention

Transaction records are held for seven years per Indonesian financial-reporting law. Account data can be deleted on request; archived records are purged after the retention window closes.

Dispute Resolution

If you report a missing withdrawal or balance discrepancy, we log the case and investigate within 14 calendar days. You receive a written response detailing our findings and any corrective action.

Your rights, data and account policies explained

Yes. Open Settings > Account & Legal and select Close Account. Your balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method within one business day. Your account data is archived for seven years; older records are deleted automatically after that period ends.

Inactive accounts remain open with your balance intact. Your data is retained for seven years to comply with Indonesian financial law. If you wish to delete your data before that window, submit a formal request to [email protected] and we'll erase non-transactional records within 14 days.

Withdrawals over 5 million Rupiah require a second verification code sent to your phone. This prevents unauthorised transfers. Once verified, funds are released to your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account within one business day.

Payment details are never stored on our servers. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS operators tokenise your payment method; we only see a reference number. Our servers store only deposit and withdrawal amounts, not card or account numbers.

Yes. Go to Settings > Legal & Account and select Download Account Data. A CSV file with all transactions, account notes and login history is generated instantly and sent to your email. You can also request this via [email protected].

Transaction records are retained for seven years in compliance with Indonesian financial regulations. After that period, archived data is securely deleted. You may request deletion of non-transactional account data anytime before the seven-year window closes.
